seven days til xmas!

whoo seven whole days until christmas..sigh..hope you guys finished your xmas shopping, because i have! just to annoyed you last minute shoppers!

i say i was going to post some work up:

1) Photoshop animation; here is part of the animation that i've worked on..i can't seem to upload the video. (but i will figured it out soon)

story: the beginning sequence title: the blue monster jumps on word monster and disappears then the blue monster appear in a large frame and the character supposed to blink and changes its colour..

i will post more more work soon!

work update...i didn't know last week was my last day. so i turned up for monday lecture and realized there's only me and another girl. i was so ready for presenting my pdp, with my notes and my amazing power point skills. oh well, we shall wait for next term for it...

what's my plan for the following weeks, i'm going to carry on with my existing assignments: building a website for me and sis accessorizes store http://dressup.bigcartel.com/ and my moholy-nagy design history essay.

another week...

hellooo..

another week just gone past..what i have been doing?

1. Handed in Photoshop animation (been interesting)

2. Finishing Personal development project (pdp) Power-point presentation due next week (should be ok)

3. Ongoing dreamweaver website brief (slow)

4. Personal projects...(ok)

how did i cope?..well, pretty easy, but is always the case of.. i've could of design that better.

what's my plan for next week, hopefully i would have new assignments? if not i'm going keep myself busy with reading adobe books and starting my essay..fun

presentation day

hello!

some news for you today...

had a presentation today! i think it went terrible! not very happy :( why, because some idiot annoyed me

its was a power-point presentation about my chosen essay 'laszlo moholy nagy', which i did rehearsed  but unfortunately one of the people in the group just annoyed me so much it just throw me off...oh well...

but i have started to write my essay which is only 3000 words, not long at all.. and finished my game covers..will post pics in the next or two! now i'm doing a short 10 secs animation that is due next week.

better go, to do more productive work :)

weekly update

hi..i'm back with my weekly update

For the past week, i had been trying to finish my assignment which is...designing game covers...arghh. I don't like it, when do we start the good stuff :(

My task is to design 3 different types of games for different targets, so far its nearly done. Will post some images later!

Cont..with my history design essay...i've submitted my reading list and my introduction for my essay; entitled "Laszlo Moholy-Nagy-Bauhaus Pioneer". (which i find him fascinating..

Ok, i'm off to finish work..

research

for part of my course, i need to write a essay of a design history.

my chosen topic is about the bauhaus movement and to specific my research i'm going to explore the relationship of Laszlo Moholy-Nagy and the bauhaus movement.

so far, i have explored the ideologies of Moholy Nagy's; his main ideas was designing new typography, he considered typography to be the primary communication medium.

throughout his career, he became proficient an innovative in the fields of photography, sculptures, paintings, printmaking and industrial design.

during this week i am going to further my research into Moholy-Nagy and his involvement in the bauhaus movement...

well, i shall start by introducing myself, I am kit and i a graphic designer, currently studying a multimedia course!
